Ingredients:

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Slice the rind off the watermelon and cut the flesh into 1-inch cubes. If not using pre-frozen fruit, place these cubes in the freezer for 30 minutes prior to blending.
  2. Wash the mint leaves thoroughly to remove any grit.
  3. Place the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and mint leaves into the blender canister.
  4. Start the blender on the lowest speed to break up the fruit, then quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture reaches a vibrant pink hue and the mint is finely speckled throughout.
  5. Taste the blend and stir in honey if additional sweetness is desired.
  6. Pour directly into glasses for a fiber-rich drink, or pour through a fine-mesh strainer for a sleek, professional finish.
