Ingredients:
- 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Slice the rind off the watermelon and cut the flesh into 1-inch cubes. If not using pre-frozen fruit, place these cubes in the freezer for 30 minutes prior to blending.
- Wash the mint leaves thoroughly to remove any grit.
- Place the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and mint leaves into the blender canister.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed to break up the fruit, then quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture reaches a vibrant pink hue and the mint is finely speckled throughout.
- Taste the blend and stir in honey if additional sweetness is desired.
- Pour directly into glasses for a fiber-rich drink, or pour through a fine-mesh strainer for a sleek, professional finish.
