Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh watermelon cubes, frozen
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice, strained
- 0.5 oz agave nectar
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 wedge fresh watermelon
- 1 sprig fresh mint
Instructions:
- Place the frozen watermelon cubes into the blender. Pulse until the fruit is completely liquefied into a thick, frosty puree with no remaining chunks.
- Pour the watermelon puree, Blanco tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and sea salt into the cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels frosted.
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip it into the kosher salt or Tajín seasoning.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into the glass over fresh ice to remove fruit pulp.
- Garnish the drink with a watermelon wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
