Ingredients:

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • 1 cup English cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
  • 4-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 lime wheels
  • 1 pinch chili powder

Instructions:

  1. Cube the watermelon and slice the cucumber into uniform rounds. For best results, place watermelon cubes in the freezer for 30 minutes prior to blending to ensure a frosty texture.
  2. Combine the watermelon, cucumber, lime juice, salt, and optional honey in a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 60 seconds until the mixture is completely liquified into a uniform puree.
  3. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a pitcher. Use a spoon to press down on the solids to extract all liquid, ensuring the juice is smooth and free of large pulp particles.
