Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs mixed heirloom tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Wash the tomatoes and pat them dry. Slice them into consistent thicknesses (about 1/2 inch).
  2. Arrange the tomato slices in an overlapping circular pattern on a platter, alternating colors. Scatter the torn basil leaves over the top.
  3. Finish by adding crumbled feta cheese and a decorative drizzle of balsamic glaze.
