Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs mixed heirloom tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions:
- Wash the tomatoes and pat them dry. Slice them into consistent thicknesses (about 1/2 inch).
- Arrange the tomato slices in an overlapping circular pattern on a platter, alternating colors. Scatter the torn basil leaves over the top.
- Finish by adding crumbled feta cheese and a decorative drizzle of balsamic glaze.
