Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Toasted sesame oil
Instructions:
- Add the mayonnaise and Sriracha to a small mixing bowl. Stir in a circular motion using a whisk or fork until the color is a uniform pale orange and no white streaks remain.
- Stir in the lime juice and toasted sesame oil, whisking until the sauce is glossy and velvety.
- Transfer the mixture into a squeeze bottle or airtight glass jar and shake vigorously for 10 seconds to fully integrate the emulsion before serving.
