Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Toasted sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Add the mayonnaise and Sriracha to a small mixing bowl. Stir in a circular motion using a whisk or fork until the color is a uniform pale orange and no white streaks remain.
  2. Stir in the lime juice and toasted sesame oil, whisking until the sauce is glossy and velvety.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a squeeze bottle or airtight glass jar and shake vigorously for 10 seconds to fully integrate the emulsion before serving.
