Ingredients:

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint leaves
  • 4 thin slices fresh lime
  • ½ cup fresh watermelon spheres

Instructions:

  1. Cut a seedless watermelon into 1-inch cubes. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  2. Place the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and honey into the blender canister.
  3. Start on the lowest speed to break up the large chunks, then quickly ramp up to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture transforms into a velvety, uniform crimson liquid.
  4. If a crystal-clear juice is preferred, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. For a thicker, slushie-style experience, skip the straining.
  5. Taste the blend; if the consistency is too thick, add 2 tbsp of cold water and pulse once.
  6. Pour the drink into chilled glasses. Top each glass with a watermelon sphere and a sprig of mint.
