Ingredients:
- 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 sprigs fresh mint leaves
- 4 thin slices fresh lime
- ½ cup fresh watermelon spheres
Instructions:
- Cut a seedless watermelon into 1-inch cubes. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Place the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and honey into the blender canister.
- Start on the lowest speed to break up the large chunks, then quickly ramp up to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture transforms into a velvety, uniform crimson liquid.
- If a crystal-clear juice is preferred, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. For a thicker, slushie-style experience, skip the straining.
- Taste the blend; if the consistency is too thick, add 2 tbsp of cold water and pulse once.
- Pour the drink into chilled glasses. Top each glass with a watermelon sphere and a sprig of mint.
