Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 24 mini smoked sausages
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
  2. Unroll dough onto a clean surface and separate into the pre cut triangles.
  3. Slice triangles lengthwise into three smaller, thinner strips each.
  4. Dry sausages thoroughly using a paper towel until no moisture remains on the surface.
  5. Place sausage at the wide end of a dough strip and roll it up tightly.
  6. Arrange pigs on the baking sheet with the seam side facing down.
  7. Whisk egg and water together in a small bowl until completely smooth and frothy.
  8. Brush tops of each wrap with the egg wash until they look glossy and wet.
  9. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning and the grated parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake 12 minutes until the crust is deep golden and the cheese is sizzling.
