Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 24 mini smoked sausages
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
- Unroll dough onto a clean surface and separate into the pre cut triangles.
- Slice triangles lengthwise into three smaller, thinner strips each.
- Dry sausages thoroughly using a paper towel until no moisture remains on the surface.
- Place sausage at the wide end of a dough strip and roll it up tightly.
- Arrange pigs on the baking sheet with the seam side facing down.
- Whisk egg and water together in a small bowl until completely smooth and frothy.
- Brush tops of each wrap with the egg wash until they look glossy and wet.
- Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning and the grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake 12 minutes until the crust is deep golden and the cheese is sizzling.
