Ingredients:
- 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and chilled
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 4-8 fresh mint leaves
- 4 lime wheels
Instructions:
- Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes to ensure the juice stays ice-cold without dilution.
- Combine the chilled watermelon cubes, fresh lime juice, and sea salt in a high-speed blender. Pulse on high for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is a uniform, bright red liquid.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing down on the solids with a spoon to extract all liquid. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves and lime wheels.
