Ingredients:
- 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and chilled
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
- 4 fresh mint sprigs
- 4 thin lime wheels
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Cube your chilled watermelon into 1-inch pieces.
- Combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice, lime zest, and salt in the blender.
- Process on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is a vibrant, uniform pink and completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher. For a smoother texture, pour the blend through a fine-mesh strainer to remove remaining pulp.
- Stir in the honey or agave nectar if the watermelon is not naturally sweet enough.
- Garnish each glass with a mint sprig, a lime wheel, and ice cubes.
