Ingredients:

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
  • 4 fresh mint sprigs
  • 4 thin lime wheels
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Cube your chilled watermelon into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice, lime zest, and salt in the blender.
  3. Process on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is a vibrant, uniform pink and completely smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pitcher. For a smoother texture, pour the blend through a fine-mesh strainer to remove remaining pulp.
  5. Stir in the honey or agave nectar if the watermelon is not naturally sweet enough.
  6. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig, a lime wheel, and ice cubes.
