Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Mixed Heirloom Tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 small clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
Instructions:
- Place sliced heirloom tomatoes in a colander over the sink. Sprinkle with the flaky sea salt and let them sit for 5–10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- In a small jar, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and black pepper. Shake vigorously until the mixture is emulsified, opaque, and thickened.
- Transfer the drained tomatoes to a platter. Scatter the mozzarella pearls over the tomatoes.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette evenly over the top. Finish by scattering torn basil leaves and an optional drizzle of balsamic glaze.
