Ingredients:

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or mango chunks
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 slice of lime

Instructions:

  1. Combine the cubed watermelon, frozen fruit, and lime juice in the blender.
  2. Pulse three times to break up the large chunks, then blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is velvety smooth and no visible fruit chunks remain.
  3. Optional: For a thinner, commercial-style juice, pour the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, using a spoon to press the solids to extract every drop of liquid.
  4. Pour the juice into chilled glasses.
  5. Garnish with a slap of fresh mint and a lime slice. Serve immediately.
