Ingredients:
- 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or mango chunks
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 slice of lime
Instructions:
- Combine the cubed watermelon, frozen fruit, and lime juice in the blender.
- Pulse three times to break up the large chunks, then blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is velvety smooth and no visible fruit chunks remain.
- Optional: For a thinner, commercial-style juice, pour the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, using a spoon to press the solids to extract every drop of liquid.
- Pour the juice into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with a slap of fresh mint and a lime slice. Serve immediately.
