Ingredients:

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Cut the watermelon into uniform 1-inch cubes. Freeze about 1 cup of the cubes for 30 minutes before blending to act as a natural chiller.
  2. Place the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and lemon juice into the blender. Process on high for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely liquefied and looks like a smooth, frothy puree.
  3. Pour the puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass pitcher. Use a spoon to press down on the solids to extract every last drop of liquid.
  4. Stir gently to combine the flavors and pour into chilled glasses.
