Ingredients:
- 6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Cut the watermelon into uniform 1-inch cubes. Freeze about 1 cup of the cubes for 30 minutes before blending to act as a natural chiller.
- Place the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and lemon juice into the blender. Process on high for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely liquefied and looks like a smooth, frothy puree.
- Pour the puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass pitcher. Use a spoon to press down on the solids to extract every last drop of liquid.
- Stir gently to combine the flavors and pour into chilled glasses.
