Ingredients:
- 225g thick-cut bacon, fried until crisp
- 340g breakfast sausage links, browned
- 115g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 115g hard salami, folded
- 170g brie, sliced into wedges
- 170g sharp white cheddar, cubed
- 115g goat cheese, rolled in herbs
- 60g mini pancakes, quartered
- 6-8 mini croissants, halved
- 120g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
- 150g red grapes, on the stem
- 70g dried apricots
- 30g raw almonds
- 60ml maple syrup
- 60ml strawberry jam
- 60ml cream cheese
Instructions:
- Cook your bacon and sausages until mahogany-colored and crisp. Transfer them to paper towels to remove excess grease.
- Place bowls of maple syrup, jam, and cream cheese in a triangular pattern on the platter.
- Arrange the cheeses near the bowls, then fill gaps with croissants, mini pancakes, meats, and salmon.
- Finally, fill every tiny gap with berries, grapes, and nuts.
