Ingredients:

  • 225g thick-cut bacon, fried until crisp
  • 340g breakfast sausage links, browned
  • 115g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 115g hard salami, folded
  • 170g brie, sliced into wedges
  • 170g sharp white cheddar, cubed
  • 115g goat cheese, rolled in herbs
  • 60g mini pancakes, quartered
  • 6-8 mini croissants, halved
  • 120g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
  • 150g red grapes, on the stem
  • 70g dried apricots
  • 30g raw almonds
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 60ml strawberry jam
  • 60ml cream cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook your bacon and sausages until mahogany-colored and crisp. Transfer them to paper towels to remove excess grease.
  2. Place bowls of maple syrup, jam, and cream cheese in a triangular pattern on the platter.
  3. Arrange the cheeses near the bowls, then fill gaps with croissants, mini pancakes, meats, and salmon.
  4. Finally, fill every tiny gap with berries, grapes, and nuts.
