- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into uniform 1/2-inch (1.3cm) cubes to ensure even cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, oil, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Stir vigorously until every cube is evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the potatoes in the basket in a single layer to prevent overcrowding.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously at the 5-minute mark. Remove when the potatoes are mahogany-colored and caramelized.
