Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into uniform 1/2-inch (1.3cm) cubes to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, oil, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Stir vigorously until every cube is evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the potatoes in the basket in a single layer to prevent overcrowding.
  4. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously at the 5-minute mark. Remove when the potatoes are mahogany-colored and caramelized.
