Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp (15ml) avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp (3g) fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp (2g) smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp (1g) garlic powder
- 1 tbsp (15g) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into uniform 1-inch (2.5cm) cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with avocado oil, salt, and pepper until every surface is evenly coated.
- Place the cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer; work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and air fry for 12–15 minutes.
- Halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket vigorously or use tongs to flip the cubes to ensure even browning.
- Remove the potatoes once they have developed a deep golden-brown color and are tender when pierced with a fork.
- While the potatoes are hot, toss them with smoked paprika and garlic powder, then garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
